Good Morning everyone. I am Mitchell Balk, president of the Mt. Sinai Health Care Foundation. I’m here today representing private sector funders who have been working quietly, but intensively, for the last 10 months, alongside City of Cleveland leaders, in public/private partnership, to address lead poisoning. Our goal has been to create an evidence-based model that will operate at scale, that will be embedded into our community, and be sustainable into the future.
